Seraquin is a joint supplement, specially formulated to help maintain healthy joint function in small dogs and cats.

Seraquin contains high quality ingredients, and is palatable.

Seraquin contains a unique combination of 3 compounds:
Glucosamine Hydrochloride- provides aminosugars known to promote the manufacture of cartilage and synovial fluid.
Chondroitin- Provides building blocks for the synthesis of glucosaminoglycans (cartilage building blocks)
Curcumin- A potent natural antioxident which reduces the damaging effects of oxidative stress.

As Seraquin is designed to support the joint, rather than treat the symptons of pain and inflammation, you may not see an immediate effect. We recommend 4-6 weeks at the initial level

Seraquin is a veterinary joint support product for dogs and cats. Available in two sizes, Seraquin is a chewable tablet that can be given as a tasty treat.

Because you know your dog best, you are well placed to keep an eye out for the following signs:

  • Difficulty in jumping
  • Limping or stiffness
  • Reluctance to play
  • Change in grooming habits e.g. licking at joints
  • Change in temperament e.g. increased anxiety or less tolerant with children and/or other pets

If you have noticed any of these changes in your pet, it is worth consulting your veterinary surgeon for advice.

Seraquin is a joint supplement containing Glucosamine and Chondroitin. These ingredients occur naturally in the body, as part of the make-up of cartilage.

What makes Seraquin special is the inclusion of curcuminoids, which are potent natural antioxidants. This ingredient may help mop up free radicals in the joint which contribute to degeneration of the cartilage.

Seraquin can be given alongside any prescription medicines that your vet may recommend to help in the control of pain and inflammation.

Seraquin is designed to support the natural functioning of joints and takes time to build up in the system. We recommend 4–6 weeks at the starting level and then the number of tablets can be gradually reduced on the advice of your vet.

Seraquin can form part of your pet’s diet for the rest of his/her life.

Most dogs and cats love Seraquin chewable tablets which makes life easy. You can give them as a treat or crush them onto their normal food. The number of tablets that you should give your dog or cat depends on their weight. Your vet will advise you on this.
