Holiday Period Service Update
Due to the holiday period and reduced staff availability, our Help Desk and telephone support services will be operating with limited resources. As a result, customers may experience longer response times than usual.
Our telephone support lines will be available Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 16:00.
Please note that our website, online services, and email support remain fully operational, and customers can continue to place orders and submit enquiries as normal.
We appreciate our customers' patience and understanding during this period and thank them for their continued support.
For order status updates check your order history in My Account. If you wish to contact us we suggest you phone us between 8 and 5.30pm Mon-Fri 01833 641112.
Customer service email requests are usually answered between 24 to 48 hours during a weekday - sales@hyperdrug.co.uk.
Prescriptions are of course given priority and once you have placed an order you can upload animal prescriptions including human medicines prescribed for animals (but not controlled medicines where the original must be posted to Hyperdrug, Station Bank, Middleton In Teesdale, Barnard Castle, DL12 0NG)
If we already have your prescription on file and you are ordering a repeat please do not send us the same prescrtipion again unless we ask you to.
