Spot-on Application Instructions:
- Weigh your cat to determine the correct pipette size.
- Take one pipette from the package. Hold it upright. Remove the cap by twisting and pulling it off. Use the cap's opposite end to break the pipette seal.
- Part your cat’s fur at the neck base until skin shows.
- Put the pipette tip on the skin. Press firmly multiple times to release the contents onto the skin.
- Applying at the skull base ensures the cat can't easily lick the product off.

Special Considerations
- Do not use for kittens under 8 weeks of age.
- Do not use for kittens weighing less than 5kg.
- Avoid using on sick or frail animals.
- Avoid exposing the treated area to water as it may reduce the product's effectiveness.
- Salivation or vomiting may occasionally occur.
- If symptoms like unsteady gait (ataxia) or tremor are seen, they might be due to the cat licking the treated area.
- Some cats may experience hair loss, itchiness, or inflammation at the site of application.
- Safe to use during a cat's pregnancy and lactation.
- Keep the product out of children's reach.
- Always wash hands after application.

Postcodes outside of Zone 1 (including some areas within mainland UK) may incur extra carriage charges due to surcharges imposed by the couriers. These will be calculated on the website at the checkout.
NB: Orders placed with faster delivery must be placed before 13:00 to ensure same day dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Refrigerated items will be sent by carrier or express delivery at a cost of £7.50, with coolpacks, unless you pay for a premium for a refrigerated delivery. We will contact you prior to despatch for your instructions.

*Due to legal requirements medicines may not be returned except to correct an error in despatch or in response to an "official recall". If an item is believed to be faulty it should be returned for inspection and it may be necessary to forward it to the manufacturers for testing before replacements or refunds can be authorised.
