Orders over £50.00 have free standard shipping within mainland uk, Parcelforce zone 1 only please see the chart for delivery speed at your location from despatch.

For small packets under 250g and under £50.00 the carriage charge is £3.50 for first class post. For orders over 250g and under £50.00 the carriage charge or £5.05 for First Class post up to a maximum weight limit. Royal Mail Special delivery and Parcelforce start at £6.50. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders of high importance.

International & EC orders:

Europe generally starts at  £4.95 for a small packet.

Other International destinations outside of Europe start at £6.95 for a small packet.

International Carrier rates start at £13.50 per 25kg parcel.

To get an accurate estimatefor shipping add an item to your basket, then in the basket page, click on "estimate shipping charges". In the new popup window enter your country and zipcode to calculate shipping charges for an order, a zip code cannot be blank if you do not have a zip code for your area please enter 11. If we cannot calculate shipping charges for your location, or there are surcharges you can still place an order, we will then email you with a quote for shipping, if you do not wish to proceed we will simply and promptly cancel your order.

Prescription medicines

You may choose from two delivery methods for Prescription only medicines. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery for lighter items or Parcelforce 24 hour for heavier items, costing £6.50 per dispensing. These are a next working day delivery requiring a signature. Also available is First Class post which is free, usually arrives next working day but may take longer. Different prescription medicines going together? it's still only one postage charge for the whole order. A carriage refund may be available if a next day delivery does not arrive the next day.
