We are Hyperdrug Pharmaceuticals Ltd located at Station Industrial Estate, Middleton in Teesdale, Co Durham DL12 0NG. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, Medicines & Healthcare Regulatory Authority and Veterinary Medicines Directorate and work to their standards.

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and provide products, information and services you have requested and safeguard human and animal welfare and check every now and then that our records are right and that you’re satisfied with us.  To do this we may need to share your data with service partners including IT ,delivery, payment, and marketing service providers.

We send transactional email updates such as order confirmations and shipping confirmations, and lost cart recovery to aid in the processing of your order, and we may invite you to use 3rd party review services to gather feedback from our customers on products and our services, you can find more information on Feefo's privacy policy here.

We use Google Analytics and Google advertising which may use cookies if you allow your consent, if consent is not given or withdrawn then pseudonymised metrics are used to protect anonymity in line with your wishes. Google Privacy Policy 

If you have subscribed to our email marketing we use a third-party provider, Klaviyo, to deliver newsletters on products and services but only if you have subscribed to our email list. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing datapro@hyperdrug.co.uk

Where we use your information for our legitimate interests this follows an assessment to ensure it is proportionate and necessary with special consideration given where vulnerable people or children may be involved. When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server that has an SSL certificate.

To provide the best service we source products from even beyond the borders of Europe and the UK.
