Primary vaccination
Rabbits should be vaccinated at 2.5–3 months of age or over using a single dose dose of Cylap.

An annual booster vaccination is recommended.

Contra-indications, warnings, etc
Only healthy rabbits should be vaccinated.
Shake the bottle well to obtain a uniform suspension of the vaccine before each administration.
For the 10 dose vial the entire contents of a bottle should be used shortly after the first extraction of vaccine, i.e. within one working day. Used bottles and unused vaccine must be disposed of by incineration or disinfection.
The vaccine is safe to use in pregnant animals but they should be handled with care.
Interactions with other vaccines have not been investigated. In the absence of information, it is advisable to avoid administration within 14 days before or after any other vaccine.
In a small number of vaccinated animals a localised injection site reaction and a transient, general malaise may be seen.
As with all vaccines occasional hypersensitivity reactions may occur. They should be treated without delay by the parenteral administration of an antihistamine, corticosteroid or adrenalin as appropriate.
A small number of animals in any population may fail to respond to vaccination as a result of immunological incompetence or for some other reason.
Keep away from children.
