Usage
Chlorhexidine Gluconate Antiseptic Mouthwash (chlorhexidine gluconate 0.2% w/v) has antimicrobial activity to kill harmful bacteria present on your teeth and gums. It helps to stop dental plaque from forming and to maintain good oral hygiene. Promotes gum healing following dental surgery. It helps to treat and prevent gingivitis (gum disease).Manages mouth ulcers, oral thrush and denture sore mouth.
Directions
Use twice daily. Fill the cap to 10 ml line. Rinse mouth thoroughly for 1 minute. Do not swallow the mouthwash.
Before dental surgery rinse with 10ml for one minute.
Gingivitis (gum disease): A one month course is usually recommended (2 bottles). Mouth Ulcers and Oral Thrush: Continue to use for 2 days after healing has occurred.
Denture Sore Mouth: Dentures should be cleaned and soaked in mouthwash for 15 minutes, morning and evening. Consult your pharmacist if symptoms persist.

If you are allergic to any of the ingredients do not use the product.
Keep away from eyes and ears. If any mouthwash comes into contact with eyes, wash out well with water.
Chlorhexidine Gluconate Antiseptic Mouthwash can be stopped from working properly by the ingredients of some toothpastes. Therefore, brushing with toothpaste should be done first and the mouth rinsed out well with water before using the mouthwash. Alternatively you can use the mouth wash at a different time of the day.
As with all medicines, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before using the mouthwash.
