Squill liquid extract, which is a plant extract and has a mild expectorant effect. This means it loosens mucus by making it thinner, therefore making it easier to cough up, and allowing you to clear you airways easier. The other active ingredient is Capsium Tincture, which gives the medicine an aromatic, warming flavour.

This medicinal product contains 1.32g fructose, 1.32g glucose and 1.77g sucrose per 5ml dose. This should be taken into account in patients with diabetes.
