Adios Max Herbal Slimming Tablets help to speed up weight loss by acting on your body's metabolism (helping to speed up the rate at which your body converts fat in your body into energy). When taken as part of a calorie-controlled diet with exercise, this can lead to weight loss. To get the best weight loss results, make sure you combine taking Adios with a healthy calorie-controlled diet and exercise.
How Adios works:
Adios works by acting on the body's metabolism: it contains a mild thyroid stimulant, which speeds up the body's metabolic rate. In other words, Adios can accelerate the rate at which the body converts food stores, e.g. fat, into energy. When used as part of a calorie controlled diet this can lead to a loss in calories and, consequently, a loss in weight. The purpose of the other active ingredients is to work together to increase this effect through stimulation of the liver.
Top Tips to aid weight loss:
Drink plenty of water
If you can’t live without dessert, go for fruit with low fat yoghurt. Why not try a low fat toffee yoghurt with a banana for your own low fat ‘banoffi’! Sugar-free jelly is a great standby to have too.
Eating in?
At home, try to eat in the kitchen or dining room, not in front of the TV or computer. Focusing on and enjoying your food, and taking time over it, will keep you satisfied for longer and you're less likely to snack between meals.
Set smaller goals!
Saying; ‘I have to lose 3 stone’ may sound a lot and feel impossible. It’s better to aim to lose 2lbs a week, which sounds easier and will still get you to your goal. You’ll be surprised how it all adds up as the weeks fly by.
Did you know?
Dancing for 1 hour burns up to as much as 360 calories! Excellent excuse to go clubbing! but remember, go easy on the calorific alcohol. If you want to drink, stick with spirits and low cal/diet mixers.
Cellulite is not caused by toxins
It’s just a build up of fat in areas where you are prone to store it (and where it will sit if you are overweight) - for women, the hips, thighs and bottom usually. The only solution is to lose the fat through healthy eating and exercise.
